Episode 6: ‘The Muppets Take Manhattan’ (1984)

Four muppet frogs, including Kermit, stand in an advertising agency, looking at concepts for Ocean Breeze soap ads.

Long before AI came along, Kermit the Frog was the one coming for your job.

Or should we say "Phil"? That's Kermit's unintentional nom de plume in the copywriting world when a bout with amnesia leaves him wandering the streets of 1984 New York City. Luckily he stumbles into the one place that will always welcome someone who's severely grappling with personal identity issues: advertising.

In our newest episode, we watch "The Muppets Take Manhattan," the third cinematic appearance of Jim Henson's endearing creations.
